The Intelligent and Adaptive Systems (IAS) Research Group at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of New Brunswick, pursues research in several areas of machine learning and data mining. Currently, the group is home to research and development in text mining, opinion mining & sentiment analysis, and application of opinion mining for issue and event discovery in social and political domains.
